I live in Stoudtburg Village, so this sale was in a neighborhood I know firsthand. It was a sale I was pleased to help bring to closing, and it reflects the local connection I bring to my work in Reinholds.

13 N Village Circle in Reinholds closed for $335,000 on August 15, 2024. I was the listing agent. Public records show a $340,000 asking price and a separate buyer’s agent.

This was a Stoudtburg Village property with a layout that included living space and a first-floor shop area. That combination gives a seller more to explain than a bedroom count alone. Buyers need an accurate picture of how the spaces connect and what the property offers.

For a home with an unusual layout, the useful lesson is specificity. Clear descriptions and a thoughtful tour can help buyers understand the space. Any proposed business use needs its own review of applicable rules; the presence of a shop area does not establish permission for every use.

This is a 2024 sale, not a statement about today’s Reinholds prices. When preparing to sell now, I would review current competing homes and more recent comparable transactions alongside the property’s individual features.

If you own in Stoudtburg Village or elsewhere in Reinholds, let’s discuss what makes your property distinctive and how to explain it clearly to buyers.
